Adaobi Aniche heads the Human Resources and Administration Department of Vibroflotation and Geotechnical Nigeria Ltd.
She started her career with Diya, Fatimilehin and Co., Ltd and joined Vibroflotation and Geotechnical Nigeria Ltd in 2004.
She holds a Higher National Diploma (HND) from Federal Polytechnic Auchi, Edo State in 1999. She is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria.
She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management (HRM) from the Lagos State University, Lagos in 2018
